After some time on your own this morning you will enjoy a “Cruise like a Local Experience“ in the Sydney Harbour. Treat yourself to Sydney Harbour's most sensational lunch cruise. A unique, luxury four-hour cruise experience. Enjoy the company of a small group aboard a motor yacht. Your personal captain & host will share the rich history of Sydney Harbour and its foreshore as you take in the sites of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and the bays and coves of Sydney Harbour. Enjoy a gourmet 3 course BBQ lunch with regional wines, local beers and 5-star service. Immerse yourself in all the activities that a private vessel offers including, swimming, fishing and kayaking or sit back, relax on the expansive sunbed and do nothing at all.
In the evening, join a walking tour of the famous rocks area and visit some of the local pubs. Guests will drink in history on this historic pub tour of The Rocks in search of Sydney’s oldest pub. Between watering holes, the guide will take the tour through the alleys and cobbled streets of The Rocks as they share the gossip, shouts, and stories of Australia’s first European settlement. This tour includes a choice of a beer (285ml/10oz), cider, house wine, or soft drink at each of the 4 pubs visited on this 2.5-hour guided walking tour of The Rocks. Pre or post tour, guests can choose an optional meal and drink extra to enjoy with their new tour mates and maybe another beer, or two… Pre and post tour meals are unguided and additional to the 2.5hr tour time.

After leaving the city behind our first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill a working farm also home to Kangaroos, Emus, Wombats and Koalas. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure. From Calmsley Hill we continue to ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway. We will visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas.
Continuing on, we arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout points away from the crowds for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Whilst the Blue Mountains features so much more than this natural attraction you can't help but admire the unquestionable beauty of this amazing rock formation. The character of the Three Sisters changes throughout the day and throughout the seasons as the sunlight brings out the magnificent colours. Here your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation. We then make our way around the mountain towards the village of Blackheath and our lunch venue the Hydro Majestic. Here in this relaxed venue with stunning views. We enjoy a 2-course lunch. All diets are catered for (excluding Kosher Meals).
The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts. Once you clap your eyes on the view from Govetts Leap you'll know why it's one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. If you're not mesmerised by the dancing waves of water spray, you'll be transfixed by the sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness. We then stop briefly to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens our last stop, where we enjoy the sweeping views across to Sydney before travelling down the Bells Line of Road to arrive back at your hotel approximately 4.30 - 5.00pm.

With your small group, our flexible itinerary gives you access to a range of excellent wineries, learning about the wine origins, sometimes even meeting the winemakers. Enjoy a delicious cafe lunch in a relaxed atmosphere with hot and cold options and accompanied by a glass of wine. Learn about local cheese making in an exclusive cheese tasting experience and savour delicious chocolates paired with the perfect Hunter Valley wines.

This morning, a shuttle will take you to the airport where you’ll depart Sydney for Melbourne (airfare not included), Australia's cultural and sporting capital known as much for its cafes, galleries, laneways and arcades, as for its major sporting events. The city grew during the gold rush in the 19th century and much of this early architecture still stands today within the grid of easy-to-navigate streets of central Melbourne. From the historic buildings to the fantastic shopping precincts to the diverse bar and restaurant scene, a visit to Melbourne is all about experiencing the lifestyle that this vibrant city offers. A shuttle will take you from the airport to your hotel.
This afternoon, you’ll join a 3-hour small group walking tour that lets you experience the best examples of what Melbourne offers. This tour offers the best aspects of Melbourne with the insight of your local guide that you cannot get from a guidebook. Across 6-8 tastings you'll drink coffee, eat dumplings, sneak in a couple of sweet treats and finish it off with a drink in a laneway bar the locals love all included in the tour.

You’ll join another exciting and scenic tour today. We drive south-east from Melbourne to reach Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park where you will meet endangered species like, kangaroos, wallabies and koalas plus an array of colourful birds and reptiles. Our journey then leads onto Phillip Island, the home of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and our famous Little Penguins. Upon arrival on the Island, depending on the time of year and your interests, we will visit Woolamai beach to see surfers riding the waves.
Next you will be amazed by the dramatic west coast of the Island. At the Nobbies stroll along the boardwalk to experience the waves crashing along this rugged coastline, see the blowhole and be mesmerised by the stunning views. You might even encounter your first penguin nests. During the daylight savings months, you will travel to the town of Cowes where you will have free time for dinner. In the winter months you can have something to eat at the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre. Finally, a trip to Phillip Island is not complete without its black-tie gala event: the Penguin Parade. Head to the Visitor Centre to shop, have a coffee and meander along the boardwalk to the viewing platform where you will see the little penguins come ashore, decked out in their tuxedos as they hurry off to find their burrows.

Today you’ll spend the day exploring Yarra Valley’s many delightful wineries. Your first stop, Greenstone Vineyard, is beautifully situated on a single site in the picturesque Yarra Valley, an hour's drive from Melbourne. The Winery and Cellar Door, which are nestled into the base of the Christmas Hills, have unparalleled views of the Estate vineyard and Great Dividing ranges. It is here that winemaking operations are carried out, making Greenstone one of the most progressive wineries in the valley.
Next, you’ll indulge in a guided tasting session at Balgownie Estate tasting table. Make your selection of wine for lunch and take your complimentary glass of wine to the eatery. Lunch includes main meal, a glass of Balgownie Estate wine & tea or coffee.
After lunch, you’ll stop at Yering Farm. The old hay shed situated at the top of the hill, overlooks stunning views, has been converted into a charming rustic Cellar Door, oozing with character. The Cellar Door proudly showcases antique cooper tools used by pioneer winemakers over a century ago. A fantastic environment to enjoy superb wines made with traditional winemaking techniques.
Your final stop is at Soumah of Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley cool climate focus allows this winery to specialize in wine styles and varieties typical to northern Italy and southeastern France. With awards for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and a passion for northern Italian varieties, you will be sure to find something pleasing while overlooking the rolling hills of the vineyard and the majestic Warramate Hills.

A little over an hour from Melbourne, we follow the coastline to the Mornington Peninsula with views across pretty Port Phillip Bay. In addition to its calm, idyllic bayside beaches, the Mornington Peninsula is also home to windswept, sweeping surf beaches, and tucked away in its craggy hinterland are more than 170 vineyards making it the most concentrated wine region in Australia.
