Embark on a travel experience that will stay with you forever. We offer a blend of culture, adventure, and tranquility, ensuring every moment is filled with wonder. Whether you’re seeking thrill or relaxation, we create journeys that are truly unforgettable.
THE JOURNEY BEGINS
Arrive into Winnipeg and make your way to your hotel. Tonight you'll join an interpretive guide for a meet and greet at the hotel. Ask some questions and learn more about your adventures over the next few days.
This morning, enjoy breakfast and then leave your Winnipeg hotel to take an early morning flight to Churchill. When you arrive in Churchill you'll enjoy a local area tour to get acquainted with the town including local history. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Itsanitaq Museum which houses a fantastic collection of Inuit carvings, kayaks and artifacts dating from pre-Doreset, Dorset, Thule and modern Inuit times. This evening, venture into the forest for your first night of aurora borealis viewing. You'll have access to a yurt in the forest for warmth.
Today, after breakfast, head to Polar Bears International House to learn about polar bears around the world, conservation efforts and view the interpretive centre exhibits. Grab a quick lunch before heading out for your activity this afternoon. Take an interpretive snowshoe trek through the local boreal forest. Get ready for this evening's visit to Dan's Diner, a highlight of this trip, serving regional cuisine onboard a Tundra Buggy complete with skylights and view the Northern Lights.
This morning, after breakfast, head out for a morning. A local dog sledding expert will explain the importance and history of dog sledding and the Metis Culture in this region as well as taking you out on a dog sledding excursion. Your final night of Aurora viewing takes place at Thanadelthur Lounge, peer out of panoramic windows or view the northern lights from the roof-top observation deck.
Today is your last day to explore Churchill and dream of returning to this magical place. Visit the Parks Canada Visitor Centre this morning to learn about the natural and historical information of the Churchill region. Later in the day, take a return flight from Churchill to Winnipeg.
This morning check out of your hotel and your adventure comes to an end.
