You'll have a welcome orientation and lunch then time to settle into your accommodations. Your first tour heads out this afternoon in search of marine wildlife in the waters of Johnstone Strait and Blackfish Sound. This evening you'll enjoy dinner and a briefing on the next day's activities and a presentation on the subject of coastal ecology.

Enjoy an early breakfast before departing for a full day bear viewing adventure to one of the main grizzly viewing estuaries. Depending where you adventure to today and the tide you will be viewing from zodiac or on foot. You'll return to the lodge in time for dinner and an evening presentation on the Great Bear Rainforest, bears, whales or First Nations Culture in the area.
